Tell us how to identify opporutnites for you so everyone can take shots to create a referral for you.  We need to know your target market, your short term goals, what is going on in someones life/business that is a que to bring you up in conversation, and specific people/companies you want to meet.

Don’t be shy about repeating these areas over and over and over.  You want it ingrained in your fellow teammates so it becomes 2nd nature for them to recgonize an opportunity for you.

Talk about in your meetings conversations that went well in brining someone else up, but please also talk about a time you tried to bring another member up and it didn’t work.   Often times, we learn more from our failures than our successes.

The 5 D’s
I’ve noticed a lot of referrals recently in our groups have centered around the 5D’s.

-Death
-Divorce
-Debt
-Downsizing
-Doctors
