-Log referrals from alumni & guests. Log F-2-F meetings with guests
-Do a clean up day once a quarter. Block an extra 15 mintues pre/post meeting for everyone to come in and update all data
-Go over YTD or quarterly stats from the Referral Report at least once per quarter

-Put 15 minutes on your calendar once a month to go over sent/received referrals. See if you need to follow-up on any additional sent and/or received referrals and then reach out to the sender/receipent for help
