1- This is a reps game
-success in this program is all about repetition.  Do face-to-face meetings.  Show up to meetings.  Take shots to help others.  You can’t skip the reps
2- Goal on referrals….3 way text is king!

3- Be intentional with your Face-to-Face conversations 
-Encourage you over your next several Face-to-Face meetings to be intentional discussing your goals, target market, and taking a shot to set up at least when introduction for whoever you are meeting with
-Ask:  Who are two people that you know that you think I should know?
4- Attendance matters  We want you there and it matters if you are out.  You miss the speaker, the dialog on how to generate referrals, success stories, time to setup face-to-face meetings, etc…..It matters for engagement
-attendance policy reminder:  the absence limit is 3 per 6 month period.  (clean slate Jan 1, July1).
5- Upload &/or freshen up your BIOs
upload it to TheReferralsGroup.com/login, go to Downloads tab, then upload as word or pdf doc as “My Marketing Plan”.  I recommend a pdf.
-this makes it easier for your chair to pull up your presentation when you speak & it attaches to the meeting reminder email
