5 Power Habits that are E-A-S-Y to Implement in your Group
1- Add 10 minutes a month on your calendar to:
-Review your sent/received referrals
– Look at your sent that haven’t closed, reach out to the member who received the referral & ask “How is it going with this (name/company/family) referral?”
-vice versa for your received. *if closed add revenue (or $0 if it is dead)
-*remember to input spinoff referrals (referral from a referral, only receipent can log the
2- Speaker
-Be active for them. Write a google/FB review
-Take a shot to introduce them to a COI or specific target they have
-ask a question
3- Grow your COI referrals
-Be specific on what professions are good sources for you and why. Take shots to setup introductions.
-COI referrals produce spinoff referrals and drive opportunities
-make introductions (include script example)
4- Referral Report Talk more!
-Most groups don’t talk enough here. Always hit the following:
-“How’d you connect them? (3way text, email, in-person coffee/lunch, etc)
-What was the scenario going on?
5- Tag along events are the best!
-So many good intrdouctions happen when you tag a long with another member to a networking event to work it together…and have some fun!

-Use section 5D of the agenda (annoucements/reminders) to update group members on networking opportunities going on in the area. You’ll have to run a clock (2 minutes max) to keep it brief.
